he was banned becuz of attempting to spam props and trying to crash the server ( rp ) but he didn't meant it he was not in the mood and he promised to me not to do it again or he'll be banned forever. so can you guys give him one more chance?
 
Person who got banned needs to post it himself. I will personally determine if the person is being sincere. However, crashing the server just because he's not in his mood says something about this person, and I dont think I want this person on my servers if this is true.
