Explanation:
i was not aware of killing random people (not targets) to gain more cash ends in a ban - i thought it's a good way to find better weapons and clothing (it was not about annoying other gamers). i also read that guys like me are unbanned as the server starts a new map, but i am still banned!

Please note that automatic bans (bans issued automatically by the server for innocent killing, too low cash, etc) are automatically removed at the end of round and no intervention is necessary on our part. We can manually remove such bans, but by the time we see the unban request, the ban already expired.
